Pastor Zach & Michelle McNeil

Zach and Michelle moved to Goodland (Michelle’s hometown) in 2011 while Zach was employed as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor at a nearby treatment center. Nine months later, they opened Goodland Community Church. Zach truly has a heart for people and communities. While pastoring GCC & WCC churches, he continues to work part-time as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor and has a heart for those that are broken-hearted and need to find peace through Jesus Christ. Zach loves fishing, any type of sports and playing with his 4 kids. Michelle is originally from Goodland. She is a farm-grown girl who loves the country and would rather go fishing than shopping and 4-wheeling instead of mall walking. She works as the Church Administrator and leads the Women’s Ministries. Michelle also received her pastoral credentials in 2016 has a passion to encourage marriages and families into all that God has for them. Zach & Michelle have four kids- twin boys Eli & Jayden, Emmalin, and Deacon.


Art & Dawn Schoonmaker

Art is the Youth Pastor for Asylum832 Student Ministries at Goodland/Warba Community Church. Art is passionate about helping others find faith in Jesus just like he did a few years ago. Art also works as a Pre-School teacher at Keewatin Elementary School. Art is full of energy and fun so he loves working with the teenagers, playing crazy games and talking about Jesus. Art loves all things sports, reading, and spending time with his kids. He is married to Dawn, who also helps plan events for the youth and church. Art & Dawn have 3 beautiful girls- Kennedy, Reagan & Ryne.



Sam Rusco

Sam is the Worship Leader at GCC/WCC. Sam is all things music and all things JESUS. He has a heart and a passion for leading people closer to Jesus through music and ministry. He is also a youth leader at Asylum832 Student Ministries. Sam loves playing music whether its singing, guitar, drums, keys or any other instrument. He also loves longboarding, photography and having a good time with friends and family.
